> **Pros**: Tipalti integrates with Sage Intacct, cutting down duplicate input \&amp; creating efficiency. The user interface and the filtering options provide easy access to information I need. Customer support is available to assist on a multitude of problems.

> **Cons**: As an appliance distributor, we have a lot of returns - damaged goods from vendors, recalls, and customers' changed minds. At the moment, credit memo application does not work well. I have many vendors that are paid via auto-withdrawals and credit memos are not supported. &#10;&#10;Payment processing has been time consuming - we're figuring out what works best for our needs. I have had to resort to checks or manual ACHs through our bank often to facilitate/expedite payments.

I really appreciate how everything is centralized, from vendor onboarding to invoice tracking, which helps eliminate manual work and makes processes much easier to handle. The integration with NetSuite is another big plus—it syncs well with our existing tools, making it seamless to manage POs and approvals across different entities.&#10;The team at Tipalti has been very responsive whenever we’ve had questions or needed help, even offering guidance on NetSuite-related issues. I’ve seen a clear effort on their part to take customer feedback into account, like when they updated the payment screen based on suggestions. It’s clear they care about making the system better for users, which has been really refreshing. Overall, it’s been dependable and has added real value to our workflows.

> **Cons**: One thing that could be improved in Tipalti is the approval delegate functionality. When someone goes on vacation, I have to manually reassign their approvals, which adds extra work. It would be great if users could set their own delegates or if admins could reassign approvals more flexibly.&#10;Overall small areas for improvement, but I constantly get feedback whether my issues are in a pipeline of improvements

> I had a very bad experience with Tipalti. I was initially onboarded in August 2025, but I never got off the ground due to poor onboarding. Therefore, I tried to request a cancellation in January 2026, but I couldn't because all the employees I worked with at Tipalti had left the organization. Therefore, I was left in limbo waiting for the next in line to help me cancel the subscription. Then I was told in late May that I could not cancel it per the agreement. Wow, it was their fault i could not use the product becuase of their staff and they blame me and they continue to charge me. Never again.

Before Tipalti, managing payments through Wells Fargo was cumbersome, but now we can handle payments more efficiently.
