Erstens die Phishing-Simulation, welche über das Jahr hinweg sporadisch Phishing-Mails an unsere Mitarbeiter versendet und einen sehr guten Lerneffekt zeigt. Man sieht, wie im Laufe der Zeit die Klickrate zurückgeht. Die Kampagne ist deutlich vielversprechender als Präsenzschulungen. Zweitens unterstützen Online-Lernmodule verschiedener Themenbereiche durch Videos und Erklärungen zum jeweiligen Thema. Die Module über das Jahr hinweg nach und nach zur Bearbeitung freigegeben. Die Mitarbeiter können sich die Zeit für die Module ja nach Arbeitsanfall selber gut einteilen. Der Erfolg ist messbar durch kleine Verständnis-Tests am Ende der Module. > > **Cons**: Leider ist der in das Mailprogramm integrierbare "Melde-Button" für Phishing-Mails nicht im Grundpaket mit drin, dieser muss optional dazugebucht werden.
