From day one, the interface was very intuitive and very easy to learn. The variety of files that MT supports makes it very easy to use Articulate Rise, etc. The types of knowledge checks are great for learner engagement. We have had very favorable feedback from our learners. Our asynchronous bootcamp is now completely done through MT. > > **Cons**: There are little things that mostly are just for convenience that would be 'nice to haves". For example, if you create a topic within a course, it would be nice to be able to copy that one topic and copy/paste into another module. you can only do this on the module level. Another example is when you upload a VOSS, every slide must have a recording. Sometimes, we have slides that do not require any VO so that would be a nice fix. > > MT support is one of the best I have experienced. It was easy to teach outside facilitators and coaches and we were able to collect student feedback in a central location. > > **Cons**: My biggest issue with Mindtickle was that our team had to continually find work arounds and new approaches to blend asynchronous and live learning courses. I am glad the functionality was there, I just wish the build for creating these hybrid type courses was more seamless. > > Our team used Mindtickle for a couple of years to manage our live course catalogue. What gravitated us towards the platform was the ability to build out courses and blend in elements like coaching and different graders to review assignments. The structure allowed us to create programs with different stages and manage enrollments of different cohorts of students. Overall the platform works well for traditional virtual classrooms. I felt like our team did have to manage a bunch of aspects of the platform manually to make sure the functions fit the style of learning we were teaching.
