I use pdfFiller on a daily basis for my health coaching business. I keep track of health records, create invoices, create lab orders, and edit previously written PDFs using the seamless interaction with pdfFiller.

I have rarely found what I am looking for in the pdfFiller library. Many of them have company logos on the form that cannot be removed so they do not apply to what I want to use them for in my business. My suggestion to pdfFiller is to remove identifying logos from the forms in the library so they could be edited to work with another business.

I can use it as a fax, a secure email, document signature, and form filler as well as editing pdf documents. The security really comes in handy, because email is notoriously unprotected unless you do some complex encrypting. This email is simple to use.

I used PDFFiller for years until they drastically changed their subscription structure. I loved the digital signature, document management and faxing functions of the software. They were absolutely wonderful!

Around late 2022 and early 2023, I noticed that PDFFiller began to change their subscription structure. I went from paying $47.88 a year for a subscription to them wanting to charge me hundreds of dollars for the same features. Furtheremore, at one point, I started receiving emails that my files would be deleted if I didn't agreed to the change. I quickly departed after that happened. So wrong and shame on you!

I wish that there was a quick way to find all versions of the contract, including signed versions, in the same docs folder that I’ve organized by project. I love hw hassle free it is. The interface is very easy to read even for first time users (which we had a lot of), and unlike other PDF editors I've tried in the past, you rarely ever get issues with Pdffiller that make you have to make manual edits. We needed a simplistic system that wouldn't cause problems when converting documents, and that's pretty much what Pdffiller has been for us.

The forms and e-sign fetaures could really do with a bit of work. We'd be all in towards consolidating our different tools all in one but I feel like they're lagging a ways behind other tools, especially with the more advanced stuff like advanced form fields and multi-party signing.

The editor itself works almost flawlessly. I like the secondary features by pdffiller as well but our biggest praise is definitely for how smooth it works. It's fast, doesn't lag, rarely misaligns, and has quite a few handy features like the format converter. We work with a lot of pdf docs so it was a breath o fresh air to have it work so well compared to the other tools we evaluated.
