> **Pros**: It integrates with our BigCommerce software so that's seamless. We also love the 'Sell on Facebook' feature. But the best part is that the team at StageMe handles the events for us. So no headaches.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it loads slow, due to many users that access the stream. But the stream is instant\!
> 
> It was the first time into live eCommerce. The first time we sold $5k worth of good, then $12k and the last time $17k. We were not expecting this. We had some minor glitches with our mic, but overall it's a great experience both for us and our clients.
