Sometimes the orientation of the document changed after it was uploaded. One other drawback was that some candidates were rejected, and they were still able reapply reversing the first/last name. I worked in a high volume recruiting environment, where we screened/interviewed upwards of 50 people per week. We needed to train 20+ internal HR users - the implementation was fast and easy. You could create templates, schedule interviews and communicate rejections where necessary. Navigating through the portal was very user-friendly.
