GC find something else
I hate this program!!! If I could give this a negative rating, I would. As a subcontractor we are occasionally forced by a GC to use this website to submit invoices. I have used several other online platforms to submit payment applications, but this is the most confusing, frustrating, and time wasting one by far. I have wasted hours of my workday trying to submit & resubmit invoices or find whatever document they say is missing and causing a hold on payment. I have tried watching their lengthy training videos just to figure out how to do one thing, only to find that steps were missing, incomplete, or outdated.
It seems you would need to attend a week long instructive seminar just to know how to use this darn thing. Who has time for that?

Nothing good to say. If I could give a negative rating, I would. This is terrible. A waste of time!!

Least user friendly program I have used in a very long time. Difficult to find what you need. Not intuitive. Very confusing. Instruction documents/videos are incomplete or outdated.

Can do Better If Given the Necessary Improvements
Our invoice processing using Oracle Textura Payment went through successfully the few times we used it, only that it was a little bit slow, best thing is that it completed the tasks.
Pros
It is quite efficient with invoice processing and makes all invoice related tasks easy
Cons
It has a steep learning curve which means more time is needed to learn how it works
