> **Pros**: The best thing about this software is that it is easy for frontline team members to use and dispatch support for their equipment. They are able to dispatch a technician quickly and efficiently. Billing is also streamlined. Customer service is also great.

> **Cons**: Sometimes adding a new user has been clunky. I lost some functionality, but customer service fixed my issue immediately.
> 
> Having a contract with Equips has allowed us to have a better idea about our costs over the contract. It is a very straight forward and transparent company and they have allowed us to focus on our end customer instead of a piece of equipment.
