Commusoft has transformed my business and saved us countless hours of administration time. Without a doubt this software has saved us money and even helped us expand as a business. Also exciting as they are always striving to improve the software with new features and updates so its actually nice to be part of their journey too.
Pros
User friendly software once all up and running, having everything in one place is a huge help for keeping organised and being able to access job history within a few clicks.
Cons
My only gripe is that we don't have telephone support on our package and I think this should be available for all clients but we only have email support unless there was a more complicated issue they would arrange to call us.

Unscrupulous company more concerned with profits than clients
This has been one of the worst experiences with a software company we've ever had. The system is clunky, complex and unsuitable for many businesses, especially in the renewables sector, but instead of coming to mutual agreements where two companies aren't right for each other, they go straight to the debt collectors to enforce their contracts and go back on their agreements for settlements.
There is a general disdain for the client and their suggestions and struggles. Disgusting and impersonal.
Pros
It has so much potential but the company doesn't care about its clients success only getting their payments in and sticking to contracts without any consideration or reflection.
Cons
They have a "computer says no" attitude to customer service. They have no interest in improving or taking on suggestions. An unaffiliated third-party facebook group is their customer service operatives' suggestion for putting ideas, complaints and suggestions forward as they have no internal mechanism for this - they absolutely don't care what their customers think of them! The 14-day cooling-off period isn't nearly long enough to see if it works for your company. Aggressive and pitiless. Avoid them!

Happy customers and does the job
Pros
Easy to use, able to enter alot of information including attaching PDF files and JPEG files to records. Email straight from the system and logs all info emailed. Able to send text messages to engineers and customers. Can see old records of previous works.
Cons
Certain features don't show on job sheets, ie location of certain appliances, unable to add certificates if the invoice has already been raised. Unable to phone anyone at commusoft support as it's all done via email unless they call you, but they do usually respond same day. Not really massive issues.

Commusoft is an easy to use, CRM software to help manage day to day diaries for our engineers and estate agents.
They are constantly upgrading their software to improve features and their support team is very helpful when you are stuck.
Cons
it can be a bit overwhelming when boarding however the team provides training which makes it a lot easier to use

Very poor CRM system
Terrible. I paid ยฃ1000 for 5 training sessions that were horrendous. The trainers themselves don't even fully understand the system. Costing me 3.5k for an app that made my business worse and I had to abandon after 2/3 months
Pros
Nothing. The system is very hard to work.
Cons
The fact the app is totally different from the desktop and you can't do on site quotes.

Very Simple Software Once Configured
Overall, we are very happy with Commusoft and it has enabled the company to be more efficient.

Can be very complicated to initially set up. Also adjusting invoices and managing invoicing is not easy.

The system is incredibly easy to use and there is a great knowledge database for anything you need.
Pros
As a small team Commusoft makes it easier for us to communicate between users and engineers. We love the ease of the system and how there is a knowledge database to answer any questions. The staff are always lovely and provide excellent service with any questions we have.
Cons
We provide quotations for our clients and would love to have the feature of a dropdown for additional options with our estimate templates, as at the moment we are copying and pasting the information.

We really like it. We couldn't be without it now.
Pros
We have been using Commusoft (paperless plan) for over 4 years now and we could not work without it
I like the fact that it can easily scale with our business and the ongoing feature releases and development shows how much is reinvested into making it great, and they're all included!
Cons
Not a downside but feature updates are quite frequent and sometimes it's difficult to keep on top of the new releases..Set aside a couple of hours a month to review what's the new features are have and how they can improve yours and the customers experience. Like sharpening the saw really.

Excellent diary software
Overall we are really impressed with both the diary software and customer support which is fantastic, we have had to call a few times where we did not understand somtheing and the issue was explained right away and the problem solved.
Pros
We really like the option for our engineers to note the locations of the boiler, gas meter, and stopcock, this information is vital to us as we have a lot of repeat business for estate agents and often the tenants are not home and knowing the location of the boiler and gas meter really saves time for the next engineer who may not have attended the property the previous year.
Cons
One of the things we least like about using the software is the issues we sometimes have when one of our engineers says the job is complete when in fact the job has been scheduled for consecutive days which means you have to completely add a new job as you cannot add a new event on the same job. This, of course, is a user error, where the engineer has clearly misunderstood the question, the engineer does mean to say he has completed the works for that day. I think it would be great if this error could be undone without having to add a new job.

Commusoft is great
In my opinion, this specific product is good user friendly. you do have to take time and invest in trying to understand the methods and process is that already exists within the software and have a clear understanding with regards to how you would like the software to operate with those two things in mind you can approach their customer support team that can talk you through implementations.
Pros
What I liked was the ability to be able to repurpose already set up systems that can be utilised in my specific way for my business.
Cons
As with all software, there are some limitations that exist within the software I have also used to competitors software over the years and I have found commusoft to be the best value for money and the better product

Upgarde your buisness
Commusoft has changed how my heating and plumbing business runs and stores information. It has allowed the business to take the next step. I have recommended commusoft to many people as it will help any size company, from a one-man band to a large company. Could not recommend it enough.

Excellent Service, Fantastic System.
My overall experience with Commusoft has been very positive, the pre-migration call and post-migration call where very easy going and enjoyable, and I must admit, I was quite concerned it would be awkward, not at all, the reps are very supportive, understanding and patient, and put you at ease. Any concerns are quickly dealt with in a clear and easy to understand way.
Pros
The leap from version 3 - 4 was night and day, but it didn't take a whole lot to learn the new system as it still felt familiar, but significantly more polished.
The customisation options and the settings in the new software are it's biggest selling point compared to the old one.
I remember initially speaking to one of the reps and them saying, in the old system we are only using 5% of what Commusoft is capable of and thinking... well if there are more features... they are not readily available or are very hard to find. This is not the case in V4.
Cons
I would struggle to find anything I really dislike, If anything I would like to be able to get an event booked into the diary before putting in the information of the job, as it keeps the customers hanging on, but I am still learning the system and so there might be a way I can actually do that, which I have not yet found, it's still early days.

Great for dispatching jobs and invoicing.
Pros
We are able to send job confirmation to the client and engineer simultaneously. Invoicing is quick and simple and can be linked to 3rd party accounting software with ease.
