About Commusoft

Commusoft is a cloud-based workforce management solution for field service companies of all sizes including plumbers, gas and heating engineers, electricians and oil technicians. It helps users to manage customer databases, quotations, jobs, engineer’s diaries, safety certificates and invoicing. Commusoft offers customer relationship management features such as service reminders, appliances management and communication logs. Users can also manage estimates, invoices, custom certificates, stock and parts, job costing, purchase orders and a supplier database. Timesheet management and auditing tools are also included. The search feature allows users to find customer work histories and contact information. Users can configure automatic service reminders. Commusoft integrates with accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, WorldPay, Stripe, and Xero. It is accessible on desktop and mobile devices. Email and telephone support are available. Pricing is per user per month.

Perfect Management System

Commusoft is an excellent tool for my business and I couldn't be without it now. Customer support are brilliant.

Pros

Everything can be kept in one place, job specific information, reports, certificates & photos. This really helps the engineers on site when carrying out the work.

Cons

Some time keeping features. It only logs travel when travelling to the job, not returning.

Shockingly Grateful

The Trades have the reputation of being behind the times. Once we signed the agreement, we are able to break the stereotypical that plagues the Electrical Industry.

Pros

Two years ago we landed on Commusoft to take us, Voity Electrical, to the next level. Commusoft has delivered and we never looked back.

Cons

The system is so complex and customizable- Its a lot think about and figure out the best way to set-up. FYI- This is self doing. In this moment right now- I have Debit Chase Pipeline, Heat Pump Pipeline, Generator Pipeline, Sequences, ironing out the questions customer care before handing off to the Crew. I have so many solutions and figuring out the best way execute- I am playing the smallest 🎻Violin

Commusoft v3 to v4 migration

Commusoft is at the core of our business - the diary is at the heart of every job, every day.

Pros

Much-improved features and design compared to v3

Cons

Difficult to say, as still getting used to it - finding it hard to navigate exactly where I want to go and see exactly the information I want to see, but this may be largely down to needing more time on it.

commusoft review

we have had commusoft for a number of years and find it a easy and flowing system

Pros

This is a easy system to use i have used different software over the years and this has to be the most easiest

Cons

the only downside is that you have to buy extra data when you have run out

Fantastic Service Management Software

10/10

Pros

I like how easy it is to use and how quickly my team adapted to using it. Fantastic customer support.

Cons

Some options are rigid and it would be good if I could turn certain things on and off for individual customers.
