Moving through the software is not complicated. I like the check-in option for kids ministry although we have found it unusable when we have spotty internet service where we worship. When adding new users there are multiple steps that need to be done to add family relationships or notes. Would find it helpful if this could be streamlined. When entering addresses, there are several cities that we commonly use that are not on the drop down so I need to go back and choose 'other' for country and then put country, state and city in manually. Finally, I would rate the customer service excellent.
