> **Pros**: Die Flexibilität unserer Schnittstelle. Es ist grundsätzlich möglich alles anzupassen. Unser Ansprechpartner Herr Joest ist fast immer sofort damit beschäftigt die Lösung direkt umzusetzen oder weiß sofort wer bei L-Mobile in dieser Angelegenheit am Besten weiterhelfen kann.

> **Cons**: Die Menüführung ist nicht immer intuitiv und die dauerhafte Fixierung des Menübaumes ist immer wieder weg nachdem man einen Auftrag oder ähnliches aufgerufen hat. Das sind aber alles Kleinigkeiten. Irgendwas muss man hier ja auch reinschreiben. :-)
