> **Pros**: The core monday user interface and clean workspace set ups are always key to why I like the platform so much. Having the Leads, Contacts, and Accounts are great levels to view.

> **Cons**: A few of the preset functionalities have a few gaps. (When mporting leads from another platform, the creation log cannot backlog the original data, making it difficult to move forward using that feature). A few other areas that didn't work well for me initially (clicking the create contact button removed the lead from that board, but I would like to be able to see an all time number of leads for tracking and reporting).

> **Pros**: Incredibly easy to set up - within the space of 1 day you can quickly find your feet around monday crm and get it off the ground and in use, which doesn't often feel easy to do with CRM systems. Bringing it into play loads in default boards into your workspace so you can hit the ground running - but can also still copy and move existing boards from work management across should you still need them too. &#10;The way the preset boards work mean automations and functionality is already set up for you so you don't have to spend any time trying to change the configuration or making the boards 'talk' to one another as connect columns are already added in. &#10;Huge added bonus is the monday.com app and the way crm works on there - tap onto contacts phone numbers to call them straight away and then use the app to summarise your calls and notes in one place without it requiring any additional laptops or devices to do the job. &#10;The dashboards and reporting side of it vs work management also takes an upgrade by adding in gauge widgets and funnels to showcase conversion, which definitely helps to highlight your deals more clearly to anyone who needs to know. &#10;Mass emailing is probably the biggest cherry on top - where you can create templated emails to send out to your leads/contacts at any point just through bulk select, still be able to pull in personalisation columns and make sure that each contact will only see the email was sent to them only. Combine that with sequences, and you've got yourself full comms communication with your contacts and accounts without needing to open outlook or gmail separately, and you can still view all the emails in overview widget (emails \&amp; activities which feels like it takes a huge upgrade in crm), and track meetings etc in the activities board so team leads and managers can keep an eye on workload and team capacity in a way that's meaningful to sales/customer success teams. &#10;There's plenty to highlight in more detail including the quotes/invoices template too which saves us on a daily basis and is much easier to track than how we used to in work management\!

> **Cons**: The recent change that's been made to reduce how many contacts can be mass emailed since bringing in monday campaigns was a bit of a downside for us, however we still have workarounds with sequences, and if anything - means we streamline our comms to be more effective and targeted rather than blanket emails.

> So easy to use and definitely the system we didn't know we needed but are ever grateful we picked up and implemented\! From start to finish we've slowly started bringing over our departments onto CRM - starting with customer success into sales \&amp; services and now events, it's honestly changed the way we operate our business and given us the chance to create visibility in areas that were siloed previously and allow us to join the dots up together much cleaner.
