> **Pros**: It has lots of good job features and the applicant
> 
> **Cons**: It is not sufficiently intuitive and the job posting is not done in real time.  The new job posting remains in pending status for 24 hours before going live.  Most new postings are rejected without explanation and no clear path on how to resolve them.
