It’s been such a challenge and goHappy solved it\!  Direct communications, rewards and recognition, engagement and frontline intranet all in one tool - and NO app required. Yes, please\!

> **Pros**: Overall I would say that the usability of goHappy is what I liked the most.  The implementation is very quick and it is easy to get up and going and learn how to send out communications.  The user interface is also pretty easy to learn and adapt to.

> **Cons**: It would be great to easily export a group of contacts that has been filtered.  At the time I tried this, it did not appear to be possible.  It may have been user error though.

> From the demonstrations through implementation the experience has been great.  We have received in goHappy everything that was described and it has already been a tool that has assisted us with reaching our employee population who don't have company email address.  Both \[sensitive content hidden\] were great to work with and have supported us very well.
