> **Pros**: The ability to manage all cases and employers in one place and monitor tasks is very helpful.  It is also nice to be able to view task as a "team", meaning one person may be primary on a task but other members of the team can also monitor the progress and jump in as needed.

> **Cons**: There are some end-user upgrades that would be nice to see, such as having the "save" button at both the top and bottom of a screen.  Also, it would be very nice to see an upgrade that would allow for files within NextAgency to be moved by a click-drag-drop method rather than having to upload within NextAgency.
> 
> Overall, the flexibility within NextAgency is very nice.  This is not a "canned" software that leaves you with no options.  You are able to select which fields to display and add in unlimited custom fields.    &#10;&#10;The support staff are very responsive and incredible to work with.   They are open to feedback (such as the end-user items I mentioned above).

> **Pros**: I like the ease of entering the information when I start a New Task.  The fields are relevant and uploading any supporting documents takes only a second.  I like the space allowed to write a description of the action or an explanation of the task.  It is then simple to archive and review what you have entered.

> **Cons**: This may be on me.  I have not been able to figure out how to delete a duplicate task from the system.  Also, I need to find out if I can print a report consisting solely of client names and their addresses.  I'm not sure where to find the instructions for doing this.

> As I've said, I find Next Agency exceptionally easy to navigate.  The various tabs contain much relevant info, like the benefits a certain group or person has or the waiting period a group has for its employees' benefits.  It is very organized.  Keep in mind I only use Next Agency for New Hires or to check an individual's benefits, but it has proven to be very straightforward and quick.
