> With vistrax, you can organise your company visits quickly, easily and simply. Welcome and manage visitors with a range of functions, including the web client, the self-recording app, emergency lists for evacuation, pre-configured e-mail notifications and much more. It does not matter whether you want to manage visitors with a fixed appointment, permanent guests or spontaneous guests. 

With the Web Client, departments can create their own visits without having to install the system. This way, the reception does not have to create every visitor and can take care of spontaneous visitors in a relaxed manner. Additionally, your guests can use the Self Input App to enter their own data. In this process, the app walks your visitor through the registration process in just a few steps and in currently 12 languages. 

With the email notifications function, you can send emails on configured points as required. These e-mail invitations can be freely adapted to your corporate identity and can also have additional attachments. Typical examples are directions, a personalised QR login code or information on any behavioural guidelines. 

Would you additionally like to match your guests' visitor badges with the company's corporate design? No worries\! The visitor documents are freely designable and can be selected from a wide material portfolio, which can be exchanged at will.
