> **Pros**: La integración fue muy sencilla y es una manera muy cómoda de que los clientes puedan opinar sobre los productos y el servicio y que sus comentarios convenzan y animen a otros clientes

> **Cons**: Algunos clientes nos mandan a nosotros directamente un correo contándonos su opinión. Una mejora sería que les quede más claro, de alguna manera, que la forma de dar su opinión es pinchar en el link.

> **Pros**: Lo que más me ha gustado sobre Revi es la facilidad con se controlan las opiniones. El panel interno es bastante sencillo y te haces con él enseguida. El poder evitar opiniones no verificadas también se agradece.

> **Cons**: Poder escoger los productos recomendados en cada página sería una implementación interesante. No sé si se puede.

> Desde que lo implementamos, la captación de reviews se ha incrementado mucho. Algunos productos ha comenzado a vender más por la prueba social, o eso es lo que observo. La verdad es que por lo que cuesta, aporta mucho valor.

> **Pros**: Fácil configuración, no hay que ser une experto para instarlo y configurarlo en prestashop. También da muchas facilidades de personalización de los emails y perfil de la empresa

> **Cons**: Hubo unos meses en los que no sabemos por qué el servicio dejó de funcionar y perdimos reseñas, pero desde atención al cliente lo acabaron solucionando. No me gustó que no se avisara de que no se estaban enviando bien los emails

> **Pros**: Lo mejor de Revi es que puedes usar por tiempo ilimitado la version Free y para tiendas online nuevas esto es genial. Es muy fácil de instalar y de utilizar y de momento no hemos tenido ningún problema. Cuando crezcan nustras ventas, sin ninguna duda pasaremos a la versión Premium.
