Reminders and expiry tracking run automatically, so nobody spends the week chasing certificates. Where AI helps: AI reads the paperwork nobody has time to read line by line. It grades documents, prequalification responses, and safe work method statements against the client's own criteria in seconds, and records the reasons. The client builds the review agents without code, and a person makes every decision. AI can also draft inspection checklists and inductions from material the organisation already holds, and answer questions from the live record through ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot, read-only if the client wants it to be.
