Also the one-for-all inbox for maximizing customer satisfaction score with a fast response to their messages, comments and reviews across Instagram and Facebook, that's what we really needed and other social media management services couldn't offer a seamless experience like what Meta offers, even with paid subscriptions. > > **Cons**: The frequent updates is unusual, very unusual to make changes that fast to a platform like this. It's like changing the interface everyday, every week, every month there's a completely different interface and this makes users confused, specially the beginners or basic users when they get used to the platform and then all in a sudden they find nothing in place and everything is changed. I also hope they support Reels scheduling for Facebook or Instagram, This is what clients are asking for and we do too.
