Each user can be granted just viewing or additional permissions as needed and there is no need to go a different link to login. You just change your role for whichever role you are currently working by clicking on your profile icon and change user role. I would say to docuentation process is so seemless by being able to add files, pictures, text, links, and so much more\! > > **Cons**: I'm not so sure that this is a fualt with the software as much as our users but when attaching images to notes the software can lag or freeze. Like I said could just be that we have not fully incorporated correctly.
