## Reviews

### "Disaster Management Software" — 4.0/5

> **Kimberly** | *28 August 2022* | Nonprofit Organisation Management | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I really loved the ease for each user with different roles and permissions to all use the same software and log in. Each user can be granted just viewing or additional permissions as needed and there is no need to go a different link to login. You just change your role for whichever role you are currently working by clicking on your profile icon and change user role. I would say to docuentation process is so seemless by being able to add files, pictures, text, links, and so much more\!
>
> **Cons**: I'm not so sure that this is a fualt with the software as much as our users but when attaching images to notes the software can lag or freeze. Like I said could just be that we have not fully incorporated correctly. I just no that when time is short during disasters a lagging software can be stressful.
>
> My state is just barley scratching the surface of its capabilities after years of using the software. I am amazed at all the functions and customizable features for roles, documenting, compliance, and deployment.

### "Critical infrastructure" — 5.0/5

> **Ryan** | *5 July 2022* | Government Administration | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Front-end configurability, highly configurable, modular
>
> **Cons**: Still not quite the finished product yet. Certain (relatively) mundane limitations are frustrating, as the product is so wonderfully flexible... up to the point where it isn't, after which there is not much room for negotiation/flexibility.
>
> A strong partnership over several years, and the backlog of use-cases waiting to be developed is longer than it's ever been\! Our users come to us asking for further developments, and that is a testament to the quality of the product and our overall satisfaction with both Noggin the product and Noggin the organisation. Thank you.

### "If you are getting started with operational crisis management, this software is your best start, but keep an eye of your wallet" — 4.0/5

> **Francesco** | *12 March 2026* | Arts & Crafts | Recommendation rating: 6.0/10
>
> **Pros**: For risk management it is difficult to find anything better as a low-code solution to keep an high on risks and potential operational crisis. Deploy is easy and you can customize it to your specific needs. Easy to read interface even for those ones that are just starting out with crisis management softwares
>
> **Cons**: If you are just starting out with operational resilience, it might be a little too steep for your budget, since it is targeted to medium-big size businesses. Plus you may find yourself forced to upgrade if you need some specific feature that is only available on the highest plans
>
> I was not ready to launch my business mainly because I was afraid of going live without b-plans in case of any unlucky event during our first release. So I looked for a software that could help me for those situations. I mainly used it to get out of my confort zone while still getting a ready-to-act scenario in the event of ugly outcomes

### "Keep your business safe with continuity plan in place." — 5.0/5

> **Verified Reviewer** | *17 November 2022* | Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: they have multiple solution for industry and for transportation their package included everything from incident management, risk management and business continuity plan. Deployment was very easy and it helps keep tracks of office incidents with proper logs and plans.
>
> **Cons**: it is bit expensive for small organizations but if you have wide operations then you need to spend on this for sure.

### "User Friendly platform" — 5.0/5

> **Verified Reviewer** | *3 April 2026* | Financial Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: What I liked most about Noggin is how easy it is to use and how intuitive the interface feels. It didn’t take long to get up and running. I also like how customizable it is, allowing me to tailor it to my team’s needs. Having everything in one place—incident management, risk tracking, and reporting—makes the whole process much more efficient.
>
> **Cons**: What I liked least about Noggin is that some features can feel a bit complex to configure at first, especially when setting up more advanced workflows. While it’s highly customizable, that flexibility can come with a learning curve. There are also times when certain processes take a few extra clicks, which can slow things down slightly.
>
> Overall, my experience with Noggin has been positive. It’s a reliable and user-friendly platform that makes managing incidents and risks much more organized and efficient. While there is a bit of a learning curve with some advanced features, the flexibility and customization make it worth it. It has helped streamline processes and improve coordination across the team.
