> **Pros**: Its a software like others that integrates functions.
> 
> **Cons**: The account manager and billing is extremely dodgy. They make false promises when signing up, change the terms and conditions without informing clients and always try to overcharge for certificates and searches. They do not own up to their errors and like to ensure that they screw over start up companies for every last dollar.
> 
> Not at all happy with their billing. It is never smooth and they are extremely dodgy. Asked to speak to management and never received a response.
