> **Pros**: Both patient booking and notes can be managed on one software.

> **Cons**: Initial setup was stressful but the team were very supportive and assisted with most of the data transfer. 
The software doesn’t allow you to progress to next step unless everything is fully completed.

Made sure my transition from the old software was smooth. 
I’m happy with the software and finding it more convenient to use as I’m getting familiar with it  day by day.
