We adopted Avoma to support better handoff between our Account Executives and Customer Success Managers. Avoma has become a fundamental tool across our organization to keep us true to the customer voice and easily share the customer perspective deep into our org. Avoma's user and reporting model make it easy to track and act on customer needs immediately.

Easy to adopt, intuitive to learn, value gained across my entire organization (customer support, leadership, sales, enablement, engineering, product), Avoma's customer support is great and responds quickly, cheaper than both Gong and ChorusAI, respectable transcription and call analytics technology

A lot of Bang for your Buck
Overall, we are very impressed by this company, who competes with strong market dominators. They offer pretty much the same thing for a fraction of the price.
Pros
Automatic zoom call/meeting recording and integration. Speech to text for easy review.
Cons
User interface could be a little easier to navigate, but very minor.
