After all, a picture is worth a thousand words, and video a million, right?&#10;&#10;Social Stories - Another section of the story newsfeed are Social Stories, where everyone can post fun or interesting content, in the same format as previous ones. Jenz UI reminds of a social network, so users feel more relaxed, engaged, and comfortable to post, like, and comment on stories.&#10;&#10;People Directory - Here you can reach out to anyone easily, call them or send them an email just by searching them by their name or department. New employees are highlighted, which turns out as a great conversation starter. Every employee has a profile with a picture, department, job title, and a short bio.&#10;&#10;Away Status - Since we are fully agile and support remote work, reporting absence is common and crucial, but often out-of-office emails get unnoticed. Marking away status through Jenz as remote, sick, holiday, or business trip, gives information not only to HR and team leads but also to other coworkers.&#10;&#10;Kudos \&amp; Recognition - Reward, recognition, and feedback are essential for promoting good company culture and growth. Everyone appreciates their work being acknowledged. By one click on a colleague's name, and voluntary explanation, people can kudos each other, which goes directly to the chosen coworker, their team lead, and HR.&#10;&#10;Employee Feedback - Shoutbox gives employees a chance to write anything they wish, completely anonymously, and pick which department that message goes. This grants every person a voice\! It could be a complaint, suggestion, advice, or quick info about something not working in the office. Easy, but most of all, efficient\!&#10;&#10;Anonymous Surveys - Find out what people think in a snap\! Multiple forms of questions, like rating scale, multiple-choice, and yes/no questions, are great for collecting unbiased data, and for better insight on employees' feelings and attitudes, there are open-ended questions. We created polls mostly because of our need to get answers to short and quick surveys, fast and easy.

> **Pros**: We are finally finding a way to communicate with our workforce effectively. Our employee engagement has reached the highest level yet, and the company culture is as healthy as possible. From a tool we thought would be a luxury and a nice to have, to a complete must-have. We cannot imagine our day-to-day without Jenz.

> **Cons**: We dont like how the status feature is not so adoptable across our users and we see some room for improvement there.

> **Cons**: It's really similar to a stripped down versions of Instagram, so our expectations ar ealways being compared to Instagram. Some features such as posting short videos or even enabling direct upload of gifs from your native keyboard would be welcome to continue conversations under a post.

> We've been using Jenz as the main internal communication tool for over a year and the results have been amazing. Our company is 20+ locations, 8+ countries and 500+ employees so keeping them all up-to-speed with current company updates as well as maintaining good spirits, communication and connecting in the corona times has been crucial and ostly succeeded.
