If there are any issues or problems they are easily resolved by emailing/telephoning Onesys Customer Service staff who are very knowleagable and helpful. > > **Cons**: For our Estate Management clients some of the time recorded is chargeable and so is to billed but some can fall under 'management' which falls under a commission charge. The system is rather buggy and support response time to issues is very slow even when paying a lot for this - this has caused a lot of frustration and delays to full implementation. > > Have used on a relatively basic level for a long time, with few issues. As soon as we upgraded (at high cost) to multiple additional modules the issues started to become very apparent such that we have had to make significant compromises. Overall, the software seems poorly tested and you basically end up finding lots of bugs for the Company that shouldn't be there. If these were resolved quickly, then it would be fine, but the support is slow, pricing wasn't transparent (so ended up being costly) and customer satisfaction seems to be a low priority for company.
