SMS drip campaigns and surveys are configurable without any technical knowledge. This capability of the app worth your penny. Support team is excellent and absolutely delighted to work with.

> **Cons**: Sometimes conversation over calls is a bit unclear. But its a temporary issue nothing big.

> "Quick and easy set up. Multiple channels have helped us communicate with prospects and customers over their preferred channel and run multi-channel drip campaigns. Easily configurable surveys helped to capture unique data faster for every new use case. Overall experience is commendable.&#10;"
