> **Pros**: El orden que se lleva desde la creación del cliente con sus repectivas sedes (cuando las poseen), la derivación de los distintos sistemas, familias y tipos de equipamientos. La creación de tipos de revisión especificas para cada sistema o tipos de equipamientos.

> **Cons**: En la sección de mantenimiento preventivo no se puede editar comentarios del técnico que realiza el trabajo en terreno. Esto es necesario para apliar un poco más la información una vez se revisa en las oficinas con más calma. &#10;&#10;Por otra parte los certificados finales o informes finales, los campos donde se ven las observaciones es muy reducido y no se visuliza completamente lo que el técnico en terreno comentó

> Contros de obras y procedimientos de trabajos más ordenado. Calendarización de los servicios. Optimización de administración de contratos.

> **Pros**: Nos posicionó muy bien frente a otras empresas similares. Ahora tenemos todo más organizado y centralizado. Podemos planificar, controlar y realizar todas las tareas de mantenimiento de una manera más ágil y segura. Sin duda Protecnus nos ayudó con el cambio que necesitábamos. Digitalizar nuestra empresa era algo necesario y que valió la pena.

> **Pros**: La implementacion del software nos facilito el trabajo de generación de los informes que se entregan a los clientes, la utilización de la app en el celular facilita el control de todos los puntos de revisión

> **Cons**: La velocidad de sincronización del servidor es lenta y demora la carga datos o control los trabajos realizados por los técnicos se demora

> Todos los trabajos de mantenimiento que se realizaban con control en papel, desde la implementación se realizan en forma electronica y con el seguimiento por GPS nos aseguramos que los técnicos lo realicen en el lugar y no en otro lado.&#10;Por otro lado aceleró los tiempos de entrega de documentación a los clientes de forma sustancial

> **Pros**: Tener el listado de equipamientos con todos los datos relevantes eso permite tener una rápida acción en el proceso de conseguir partes de la maquina o elementos de consumibles frecuentes. La posibilidad de ver una trazabilidad en las reparaciones o acciones realizadas.

> **Cons**: Que no tenemos habilitado la herramienta ITESTOR para la facturación es un tema que es necesario resolver en el corto plazo.
> 
> Si bien como técnico, es un gran cambio pasar de la vieja escuela (remitos en papel) a tener una herramienta en el celular, cuando se entiende y se utiliza a diario es algo que agiliza el trabajo y da un marco mas profesional a la gestión.
