> VSoft archITekt is an integrated low-code platform for software development. It allows users to build solutions visually – quickly and easily. The platform utilizes a visual approach to application development that enables citizen developers and traditional developers, - regardless of experience level, - to leverage reusable components and drag-and-drop techniques to rapidly build and deploy applications. 

VSoft archITekt lets users build, run, and monitor multiple applications in parallel. A dedicated project is created for each new application. This facilitates the ability to use the platform cross-departmentally and simultaneously respond to the needs of various business groups. 

The environment allows for the creation of custom integrations with 3d party systems, data, and ecosystems of enterprise legacy systems, which allows it to scale from departmental to an enterprise level. 

With the help of VSoft archITekt’s highly automated deployment-chain functions, it’s easy to start small and push changes to production frequently, which is essential for rapid application prototyping. VSoft archITekt allows users to deploy to the public cloud, private cloud and on-premises infrastructure. 

On top of a set of automation and reusable components, VSoft archITekt users with coding skills can extend the platform capabilities with their own code. Even though the use of the platform is not reserved for software programmers only, having a mixed team of business and technical users will facilitate building sophisticated and complex applications that would otherwise require a specialized software development skillset.

The development environment consists of versioning server, archITekt studio, runtime environment. 
Runtime environment is a complete server environment run on a local machine. It consists of the following components: database server, IIS, TransformationServices.Host, Workflow.Host, Services.Host, DocumentServices.Host, Scheduler.Host.

The production environment consists of similar components as the local development environment except for archITekt studio and archived application definitions.

> **Pros**: In general, this platform allows me to automate processes with some or little coding knowledge. I can check our idea in a fast way as a proof of concept without launching software development phase. And it is rich in features I can use.

> **Cons**: Now the platform is switching to the cloud so it will be easier to use it in terms of availability and administration.

> As I mentioned above, I can implement easily proof of concept/MVP and I have done it several times. Moreover, I can implement my own workflow and in the previous solution I used, it was not possible.
