> **Pros**: Gain de temps immense. Quand nous devions ecrire nous meme les messages, l'IA les génère d'elle meme et nous n'avons plus qu'a fine tuner. La prise en main est tres facile et le back office friendly. Nous n'avions pas la possibilité d'automatiser la prospection sur un large segment de leads, cela est maintenant possible avec des tres bons resultats.

Pas la possibilité de drafter des workflow avec des messages différents par étapes
