> **Pros**: Assembly has been easy for our team to adopt because the interface is straightforward and doesn’t require much training. We mainly use it for peer recognition, work anniversaries, and reward points. The Slack integration works well and helps recognition happen in real time during daily conversations.&#10;&#10;The gift card options are also decent compared to some other platforms we evaluated, and employees actually redeem them regularly. I also like that managers can quickly track participation and engagement without spending too much time manually following up. For a mid-sized team, it gives good value for money since recognition, rewards, and engagement tools are combined in one platform.

> **Cons**: The reporting and analytics section could be more detailed. It works fine for basic tracking, but filtering data for larger teams sometimes feels limited. There is also a small learning curve when setting up custom reward programs or adjusting permissions for different departments.&#10;&#10;Some vendor and merchant options for rewards are region-specific, so a few employees wanted more local redemption choices.

Without being disruptive or intrusive, there's regular improvements that are launched in the platform that progressively empower the platform to support business employee needs and retention.  Additionally, their customer support is unparalleled with prompt and attentive replies with team members ensuring success and that everything is running as expected.

> **Cons**: A feature that we've seen improvement upon is the customization of e-mails and how they're delivered.  I'd love to see continued development in this area but, as above, am confident that this will happen as the roadmap is executed against.

> **Pros**: The redemption process is so foolproof and easy to use. Workflows are easy to set up for people to participate in and are awarded at random for participation. It's extremely easy to use for anyone from a seasoned corporate user to someone in the field. Customer Service is easy to work with if you run into flow issues.

> **Cons**: Travel redemption is still lacking. It would be nice to book flights separately without a hotel or car.

> Assembly has significantly improved the way people show recognition within the company. Now you can attach a small monetary tip to really drive home how someone has helped you. It's nice to apply our internal values to the kudos, add emotes/gifs and messages. I also love being able to react to colleague's recognitions as well. It perks up anyone who receives a notification from Assembly. Especially the fact that redeeming the cards is instantaneous with a great variation on how you can redeem.

Employee performance is able to be recognized by a wider audience, and recognition allows for them to cash out for rewards such as company perks, gift cards, or donations. Assembly also has a fantastic response rate from their customer support team, and are quick to dissolve any glitches that may arise on their web based and mobile platforms.

> **Cons**: Assembly has some quirks to it's use, and the flows within the platform do come with a certain learning curve when it comes to the navigation and proper usage of different flows. I find there are certain times when file sharing, particularly for images, will struggle to maintain a good resolution or get cropped when placed into Assembly.

> On a personal level, I have greatly enjoyed Assembly, I primarily enjoy hearing from other locations within our company that we do not get to interact with on the daily. With Assembly, we can\! I have found myself getting recognition for things I didn't consider and it is always a good feeling to feel supported by my managers and peers. I have been able to receive perks myself like gift cards and company perks like extra time off when spending the coins I've earned.
