The fact that the system alerts us if a new policy might need to be integrated in the handbook is one of the best feature of this software. Bright Contract helps us to stay compliant at all times. Overall a very good software that I would recommend. > > **Cons**: The system does not allow to archive former employees but one has to delete the contract from their system if they don't want to have a long list of employees. Sometimes the system needs to be rebooted a couple of time before working correctly i.e. not all contracts appear or the handbook don't show fully. Last thing, if the alert to new policy for the handbook is very appreciated and allows us to stay up to date with compliance, it is not always straight forward in the presentation of the system that there is a update. The option to manually edit would be good, or to export in a Word document where I could edit it. Sometimes importing employees doesn't work and it crashes the software.
