Having copies of msgs to run searches through have been great and customer support has been amazing\! > > **Cons**: 1. More customization in exporting 2. Options to specify context msgs (by \# of msgs before and after would be preferred). 3. Marking is spotty and fails quite frequently and have to remark items. Would like a feature to select all msgs for marking vs going from one page to another page just to mark them. Also, maybe not even having to mark msgs. Can we not just export all msgs and apply the marking on export for any msg containing images or files? Cost also seems a little high when compared to full eDiscovery suites. > > Overall pretty decent but could use more options and increased reliability with exporting.
