I enjoy being able to interact with my peers and prepare for meetings using Hugo's pre-made templates, which allow us to stay organized and access old notes quickly. Meeting minutes can be created, files can be attached to meetings, and we can go back to previous meetings. Hugo is great at keeping me organized, and I always know what to do next. This made it easy for everyone to refer to the notes for their tasks when needed. Another thing I really liked about the website was how quick it was to register and set up the account. Overall it works well for its purpose and I enjoyed my time using it. > > **Cons**: The formatting/alignment/layout features of the notes can be improved more. For example, if I insert a bullet list in between my text and am done with the list, it is very hard to remove the next bullet points for the normal paragraph to resume. Another thing I noticed was that if there's text with bullet points in between and I erase a line in the middle, the formatting and layout of the whole text changes rather than being unaffected. It's also very difficult to fix again.
