Basically graphtie 'enables' business success based on your preferences and way of working. > > **Cons**: When running basic data gathering reports within the tool we get a spreadsheet with absolutely every piece of data we could want, 99.9% of which was not material to the reporting request. We should be able to run a basic report looking for x \& y piece of data without having a massive excel spreadsheet given to us.
