> **Pros**: It's very user friendly. There's a step for step process for each order and everything from start to finish is in one place for the order. You aren't having to search everywhere to find what you need.

> **Cons**: The lack of "editing" that can be done from a user. To make one edit on an order once confirmed you have to cancel several documents and redo them. I understand this is a safety feature to prevent things from getting cancelled/deleted but it's also very time consuming to change one thing to an order.

> It's been a very good experience. They've been very helpful at listening to our needs and building/designing the system to fit our needs.
