> **Pros**: I like the feature that employees have more control over requesting time off, the supervisor are more involved in reviewing and approving their employee time cards.
> 
> **Cons**: The reports are hard to find what we need, and time cards printing feature doesn't show the notes that we add into the system.
> 
> Problem like payroll issues, missing vacation time.  State requires both exempt and non-exempt employee to have a time keeping system and this has allowed us to meet the requirements with ease.  The over package is good.  The support staff has been very helpful and has responded to our needs when we had issues.
