Vendor has been very flexible to meet our needs and address any concerns we have.
Cons
No issues with working with Widepoint. Long term partner not looking to change vendors.

WidePoint - Wireless TEM Services (Telecommunications Expense Management)
Overall experience with WidePoint during the past 10+ years has been excellent for our Wireless TEM services. Great customer support from the helpdesk and management. Always provided great support for the Army Corps of Engineers and during national emergencies (flooding, hurricane, fire, border protection, tornado, etc.). While also providing excellent cellular cost savings and billing support. Supported approx. 23,000 devices for the Corps of Engineers.

WidePoint provided great technical support, billing support, cellular cost reductions, rate plan optimization, and customer helpdesk. Wireless TEM Services included Project Management, Contract Optimization, Inventory Management, Invoice/Billing/Audit services, Rate Plan Optimization, Reporting & Analysis, Dispute Recovery, Procurement services, Help Desk & Break Fix, Transition services, Life Cycle Management, Emergency services, and Online Portal.
Cons
N/A. Online portal software performed very well.
