This system allows you to setup tasks with the easy to use Task Template form builder. Client and Project level settings allow you to pre-populate the task fields with specific values so that you are always working against your clients specifications. On the task page your team can view the task requirements and communicate on the task timeline such as adding comments, files and chargeable hours should you wish to make use of the billing features. ProjectNav also allows your clients to log in as guests, with limited access, so they can make new requests and view progress of existing tasks.

With the possibility of setting the price for the customer, partners are allowed to visit the site to monitor the progress of the work
