After repeated calls from our customers, we found that on our website the cottages were showing as full, although the inventory was updated. We need to know the reason why this is repeatedly happening, but there is no response from Ezee. After it is addressed, we get a call saying, everything is working well. But, our question is why is this happening repeatedly? No answer. This is obviously hampering our online sales. This lack of transparency and slow speed of communication is limiting us from making any further commitment to eZee.
