> **Pros**: I very much like the philosophy behind it. Having the ability to screen emails in or out before they actually reach your inbox is a really, really nice feature. That alone made it worth it for me for 2+ years.

> **Cons**: The fact that certain formatting is lost when viewing emails in Hey, and that every response is added to the inbox section, doubling the amount of emails there.

> I have enjoyed using Hey since early 2020 but I've found an alternative (MailmanHQ) for keeping my inbox clean while using several different GMAIL accounts.

> **Pros**: I love all the features provided by hey which allows the user to organize the emails according to the priority. The management of emails in Hey is outstanding. The feature of merging up emails from two different Hey account is really cleaver and would be really helpful for a person who have multiple emails. The best part of hey is the user friendly interface it provides.

> **Pros**: Getting rid of all transactional Amazon or other companies emails is just incredible. At first it takes time to set up and have it running smoothly, but as soon as you have it, it's like having a VA cleaning up your email all day\!

> **Cons**: For people who don't check email everyday I think Gmail is better because it's easier to deal with old emails. Also the search bar is kind of confusing.
> 
> I'm really happy with it and I don't want to get back to any other provider or app. Just the convenience of getting rid of non-important email right away is like magic.
