This has enabled are charity to to keep up with technology using the quick scan feature for general admission and other seasonal events, you can scan anywhere\! > > **Cons**: Technology is great but sometimes things can go wrong and there was a server issue that happened once but when we notified Beyonk's customer service team, it was up and running very quickly and was business as usual. > > Very happy, we can see us working together for a very long time. The best thing I feel is that the team listens and understands our business needs and try to help as much as possible. Although they don't have all the features yet they are committed to increasing their offerings, I feel my suggestions are genuinely considered and used to make improvements. They are very happy to help with any issues I have, with many articles and a support line making it easy to figure out what I want to do.
