Glad I Started Using Beyonk
I am saving myself so much admin time where I create an event once in Beyonk knowing that on my website it will look great with a seamless journey for people purchasing.
Pros
Before Beyonk I was manually processing each event order or resorting to clunky buttons but now I can make life so much easier and set up an event and let Beyonk do everything seamlessly on my website. From event preview pages to Check out. All taken care of.
Cons
I am lucky that I know a bit about iframe codes and wordpress so could be a learning curve for some. That being said you get an account manager always on hand to help all the way.

Double Booking Issues
Pros
It is a nice-looking platform, and the people are nice.
Cons
The absolute worst booking experience ever. Not once, but twice they double booked my tours. I had to call the customers and explain they did not have a booked tour even though they had a confirmation. After the first time, I was told it was fixed. Then it happened again. Moving away from Beyonk as fast as I can.

Excellent service, always improving
Overall, my experience with Beyonk has been excellent, I appreciate their commitment to improving their product, they are always on hand to help with anything and the regular check-ins are very helpful, I often learn about features I was unaware of during my calls with [sensitive content hidden].
Pros
It is a low cost solution for small businesses, their customer service is excellent with regular calls to check up on how we are finding the system and also to take ideas for improvements. Although they don't have all the features yet they are committed to increasing their offerings, I feel my suggestions are genuinely considered and used to make improvements. They are very happy to help with any issues I have, with many articles and a support line making it easy to figure out what I want to do. I have a dedicated account manager as well who understands our business and checks in regularly, it makes it very easy to use the system and keep up to date with new features.
Cons
As they are still growing they don't have every functionality just yet, but they are committed to improving their offerings

We have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Beyonk, our online bookings have also increased from our previous online ticketing program.
Pros
Overall, the program is streamlined and easy to use. As well, staff are very responsive. Our particular staff member is Sal Salem, and he has been very helpful when needed!
Cons
I did not like setting up the scheduling for our experiences at first, but the program has become more streamlined since we first partnered with Beyonk.

User friendly platform, wonderful staff and support!
From start to finish the team at Beyonk have been superb. From initial set up to any ongoing support, they are all very helpful and respond almost immediately to find a solution. The platform itself is super user friendly and Booking forms look great. Had looks of positive feedback about how easy it is to book.

Unable to see how many ‘places’ remaining for children vs adults separately, as they are grouped into one ‘spaces available’ so for customers booking, they do not know how many places are available for both adults and children.

Great software, easy to use for both customer and agent.
From the initial call I found [sensitive content hidden] to be very helpful. The initial set up was quick and easy to do. With the website being designed for mobiles we found the booking in and scanning functionality to be excellent at the events.

Very easy to use
So far has been positive and I would recommend system to others.
Pros
I find it very easy to use and it didn't take me much time to learn the various functions when adding an event. The support is fantastic, they are always very quick to respond to emails and have taken on board some suggestions to make it better for us.
Cons
There were some slight issues with the tags in that people couldn't filter them to find certain events, however, this has been dealt with and our website now looks much better and easier for customers to find what they are looking for.

Reduced Workload
The personnel at Beyonk were very helpful at the beginning, demonstrating how the system worked, and showing different scenarios that coulod apply to our use of the system. Customer support is always available, any minor issues have been resolved very quickly.
Pros
Using the Beyonk system greatly reduces the workload. No need to check availability, everything is automatic and completely in the hands of our clients. Products can be edited, added, removed, and tailor made to suit our requirements. The calendar integration provides the means to monitor expperiences and resources at a glance.
Cons
Unfortunately, there is a time delay between and experience being booked and the booking integrating with our calendar. It appears the system needs 24 hours to up-date all the inputs.

Mississippi Riverboats (Horning) Limited - Review
Beyonk has been fantastic for us to meet the changing booking style of our customers. Having the online system means our customers can book anytime of the day or night as opposed to just between 9pm and 6pm. It has reduced the number of calls we received and allowed us to focus on other aspects of the business. It allows our customers to see our schedule months ahead and book and pay in advance. There have been a couple of occasions where there have been system updates taking place when we have been using the system which has caused the system to be slow our end which has been difficult during our peak operating period, the summer, but over all the system has been a positive experience. We have been very impressed with the customer support and would like to thank [sensitive content hidden] and [sensitive content hidden] for their help and support with set up, and [sensitive content hidden] and the whole team for their continued support.
Pros
The system is easy to use from the back end, and we have had feedback from our customers that they find the system easy to use from the front end. The customer service is also great, we have always found the Beyonk team contactable and quick to help.
Cons
It is great (and vital) for us that we can add bookings from the back end, manually, however when adding a booking manually the system does not recognise a resource is used. It is only when bookings are made from the front end (an online booking) that a resource is recognised as being used it would be great if the system could recognise the use of a resource when a manual booking is made.

Our online ticket provider
Always efficient and very professional - a great team to work with. Despite our show being quite small in their profolio, they have never made us feel as though our event doesn't count.
Pros
With our inexperience in the field we wanted to find a company that would provide us with full support. Beyonk and the team have been with us since day one and always provided a friendly and efficient service.

They probably aren't the cheapest on the market however, they are very easy to work with and able to overcome any issues we've had along the way.
