> **Pros**: If you can point and click with your mouse, you can easily add KodiakHR to your reference checking process. It is simple to get started with the user friendly software. We have saved so much time\!

> **Cons**: The only thing that stumped us a little bit was when we would request 2 references, we'd sometimes get back even more. We learned that this is because some new hires are eager to share additional intel on their performance with us.
