It includes everything our in-house team requires. It's very customisable which suited and enhanced our workflow without interrupting it. I highly recommend a demo to see for yourself. > > **Cons**: I've encountered some bugs when trying new or hidden features. However, reporting them to LawVu is very easy through their live chat and they promptly fix these bugs within a reasonable length of time. However, this has never taken away from the smooth experience of the platform. > > LawVu has solved numerous pain points that our legal team has experienced for years. LawVu has now replaced our centralised legal intake email inbox and enhanced it with a singular portal to receive all legal requests and an integrated and intuitive matter management system. LawVu's invoicing function has replaced our out-dated and manual invoicing procedure of logging external firm invoices with a smooth procedure where external firms upload invoices under matters and LawVu automatically captures important information (e.g. fees, disbursements etc.). LawVu's contract lifecycle management function is also given us much more control over what gets sent to our executive team for signing and provided us an integrated contract database to store all signed contracts. And most importantly, LawVu's team are very capable, friendly, responsive and considerate of our team's specific needs and goals.
