The "Integrated Advanced Quality Planning" software solution from our product provider QDA SOLUTIONS integrates APQP requirements, process flow diagrams, process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA), the production control plan, work instructions and production part approval procedures (PPAP). We thus offer you an end-to-end solution for all activities in the product development process.


By using part families, our solution for integrated advanced quality planning streamlines all process flows while reducing the associated documentation effort. Accordingly, changes only have to be made once to the part family. The change is then made automatically at all other points.
The ability to collaborate across divisions and the constant availability of all relevant information play a key role in sustainable work and long-term success. With our advance quality planning solution, all geographically distributed and cross-divisional teams can access the relevant quality management systems at any time via suitable IT methods such as Terminal Server or Citrix. All engineers, suppliers and customers involved in the development and manufacturing process can be seamlessly integrated into this virtual workplace, where they can work together in partnership to solve a wide range of tasks.
Open work items, alerts, and notifications are automatically sent by e-mail to the relevant recipients. The integrated quality planning solution supports process-based management systems and continuous improvement.
Error-free automatic updates and interlinked documents ensure compliance with QS 9001, ISO/TS 16949 and VDA standards. All documents and forms can be tracked and viewed at any time in all previous processing versions. This meets strict compliance and validation requirements.

Our software solution for quality management can be modular: You have only one infrastructure, regardless of the number of modules used. The integrated software architecture offers interfaces to PLM, CMM, ERP or MES systems. Through Unicode, our solution supports multiple languages and is therefore optimal for worldwide use. The software is also database-driven, compatible with MSSQL, Oracle or PostgreSQL and "Citrix Ready". 

Our software provides built-in application security through user role definition and management. Active Directory support ensures seamless integration with existing Active Directory, QDA role synchronization with AD groups and users can be managed across the enterprise. Support for PKI cards is ensured, as is secure encryption of data using the SSL/TSL standard. Security standards, such as password encryption according to the AES-256 standard, are also adhered to.
