> **Pros**: This software allows us the ability to set parameters \&amp; forget it if we want.  Or change it.  It notifies our customers as a reminder of their scheduled appointment.  It asks for the review \&amp; makes it super simple for the customer.  Then we have all of the information that's been gathered to improve our customer service.

> **Cons**: I would like the ability to turn off the notification manually for each customer instead of the way it is now that if we have a phone number listed, they will get notified

> **Pros**: We use the bios and pulse checks daily - they're easy to use, but our users find themselves clicking around to find the page to send them to customers.  We always go to dispatching first because it makes the most sense, but it's under operations.  I like the weekly summation reports.  I have notifications set up so I only get the negative feedback, which is fine.

The ability to curtail negative reviews and the ability to make corrective action if a customer was  not pleased with our service has been of the single greatest tools in my arsenal as an operations manager to help with client retention.

> **Cons**: None or hardly any cons to speak of. Has been nothing but a positive experience for us since our launch.
