> **Pros**: Great things- promotional items, the live caller element, the extra filter before it hits the site.
> 
> **Cons**: Issues: we did not know we had the SUPER limited version which made receiving tips difficult and vague.  Setting up the paid element was (actually still is) a long process.  WE are promoting it fully but barely can access it.
> 
> Customer service is generally responsive, but we did not have a full support to implement this fully and now we have several principals unhappy with our switch to this program from our previous program. We are trying to finalize and receive the upgraded elements but it is over a month now.
