All our shops and marketplaces are connected so we do not have to manually create orders, invoices, labels and more. The process is more or less self-explanatory with a lot of options for customization. > > **Cons**: The return system is not very polished. Especially if goods are returned damaged or broken, we have to rely on workarounds so that the goods are separated from the good ones. Also, the accounting is quite complicated and could use a better guide so that the setup is easier. > > Our experience with Xentral is very positive.
