The Trailhead learning platform, the support, and the community help make it easy to learn and grow as an admin or end user. My favorite tool is Flow Builder with its powerful, versatile automation capabilities. > > **Cons**: 1. The down-side of the many features and customizability of Salesforce is that it sometimes can be too complex to navigate or configure things. It was frustrating trying to figure out where to go or how to do something until Agentforce help rolled out.
