My Honest Review
I have found Boomerang for Gmail to be a great tool for managing emails and scheduling messages. It has a range of features that make it easy to use, such as its Magic Live Calendar, Respondable AI-powered assistant, and Inbox Pause feature. Despite its cost, I would say that it is definitely worth it for anyone who needs to track emails and schedule messages.
Pros
It allows me to track my emails and get instant notifications when they are delivered, opened, and clicked.
Cons
It is a paid service, so it can be expensive depending on the plan you choose. Secondly, it only works with Gmail, so it won't be of use to those who use other email services.

Boomerang for Gmail is good but I won't be going back to it
Pros
It was easily to sync with my Gmail account, the price was affordable, notifications were not too abundant and were focused.
Cons
There were significant delays with tracking about half of the time. This caused delays in my overall process of documentation.

Boomerang for Email Scheduling
Overall, I think its a cheaper easier platform to use then other built out ones. It has just what we need.
Pros
The email scheduling is the most used feature. It allows us to send emails to donors, followers, newsletter subscribers, and staff at certain times depending on response time requests and needs. As the Director I use it to send emails after hours to staff so they hit their inbox first thing in the morning or after lunch, which improves response rate.
Cons
I haven't encountered any cons for the purposes we use it.

Felt like I lost control
It's ok but not worth the money. I felt that it was somewhat intrusive as well, without offering enough payback.
Pros
We used this for a while the idea being to replace our CRM system. It wasn't a viable replacement. Overall it's ok.
Cons
I stopped using it the free version wasn't good enough and the paid version didn't seem worth it. We are back to using our CRM.

Boomerang come back again and again!
We have been using Boomerang for 6+ years. Model has leaned in heavier toward subscription model, but is still a value.
Pros
Boomerang for Gmail helps our program manage emails from various points. Staff can send emails on a schedule, to avoid the middle so f the night or late on Friday nonsense. User engagement can be tracked and automatic follow-up emails can be sent simply.
Cons
It would be nice to be able to see how long staff and users read or stayed on email. Better grouped analytical data would be useful in general.

Boomerang make client management easy-peasy

As an entrepreneur I sometimes work some WEIRD hours, but I have defined communication hours for my clients. Boomerang's ability to write an e-mail now and send it later means I get work done when I want to, but respect my communication boundaries!
Cons
I haven't really player around with any other features, so I guess I don't have any complaints.

Boomerang for Gmail: A savior of workplace chaos
Honestly, it has been a positive experience with Boomerang for Gmail mostly because earlier it was challenging to do other work because of the deadlines of simply sending an email. After using this software, I schedule my emails as per the requirements and can get busy with other work without fearing to miss the deadline of sorts.
Pros
I use this software extensively every day to snooze emails as per priority, to track emails to know who has opened and not responded, to get reminders for follow-ups, and to schedule emails as per the requisite deadlines. Before using this software, I had to manually sit and send an email, but now I can schedule it as per the requirement & do the needful proactively.
Cons
I would like to see how the software can be improved in terms of prioritizing reminders or follow-ups for emails and even the snooze priority will help when the deadline is close.

I can't imagine using Gmail without Boomerang
Who isn't guiltyof having a messy inbox? I know I am. Most people have multiple (you know you do!) If you don't please tell me your secret.. Boomerang keeps it nice and tidy for me. My line of work involves unknown periods out of the office and sometimes I have to go offline, it's incredibly easy for a conversation to slip my mind. Boomerang reminds me to get back in touch and prevents what could be a full fledged disaster.
Pros
Boomerang is like an email babysitter. It ensures that things don't get out of control and that you don't forget anything. It'll even let you know if your outgoing emails are read.
The neat thing is you're able to boomerang threads back to you at a time when its convenient. You'll no longer have to think up excuses as to why it's taken you so long to reach back out and in turn you'll have more time to focus on your work. When you really need to focus you can put your inbox on hold.
Cons
I can't say there's anything I vigorously dislike. When I reach out to Boomerang it may be a day or so before I receive a response. They claim to read and respond to every single email and as far as I can tell, they do. So I can't be too upset about it.
Maybe more personalization?

Simply awesome and powerful tool to use for Gmail.
My overall experience is very good and usage of this tool has made my work experience lighter and productive.
Pros
I liked the simple setup and use of this app feature into Gmail. Company wide use is very much appreciable since we can setup auto replies and customised mail queries to particular users. The calendar feature is also very helpful in setting up reminders and get notified.
Cons
The features provided by Boomerang are merely sufficient and rest features are already available in Gmail, so it's least likely to dislike anything about this application.

A game-changer in managing my inbox
Returning important emails to my inbox at a later date, reminding myself to follow up with people by scheduling the email to bounce back to me if they don't respond.
Pros
I use Boomerang to help manage my personal and work-related email accounts. It's been a massive help since I started using it . I used to let dozens of emails pile up so I wouldn't forget about them, but the ability to send them away and have them return at a later date is invaluable. I also love being able to schedule follow-up reminders for myself by scheduling sent emails to return later if they don't receive a response. The "responsible" feature that rates the quality of your email using AI is pretty neat too.
Cons
Can be a big buggy sometimes when verifying that I'm logged in, but nothing that hampers usability.

A life saver for scheduling emails
Boomerang allows me to work whenever I want to and to send emails when it most suits my business needs. It's a software I can rely on to send important correspondence at the correct time.
Pros
I love how easy Boomerang makes it to schedule emails. I often work late at night and prefer to have my emails arrive first thing in the morning; with Boomerang I can sleep easy knowing that my emails will arrive at the intended time.
Cons
I wish you could easily customize the automated "Schedule Send" times. Mine autopopulates with send "this morning" at 8 a.m. and "this afternoon" at 1 p.m. I wish I could set them to 7:30 a.m. and noon, for exavmple. You can of course input your own custom time, but it would save a little effort if you could customize the autopopulated times.

Nice features, easy to use
I've been using Boomerang for several years, and it has greatly improved my productivity, and my ability to get responses to my emails.
Pros
Being able to schedule emails, and have it remind you if you don't get a reply, helps keep you on track, and not let things fall through the cracks.
Cons
One of the only cons that I have found is that the extension in Google Chrome can be a bit slow to load.

A must-have if you use Gmail
Pros

Cons
Easy to create problems for your future self if you’re not careful. You can keep kicking emails down the road without actually dealing with them.

Productivity soars with a clean inbox
Pros
I use my inbox as a 'to do' list--until something is addressed, I leave it in my inbox. At times though, I am waiting on another person or want to revisit something in a few weeks without starring at it every day until then. Boomerang allows me to do just that--with the click of a button, I am able to ensure that emails wind up back in my inbox and, with a clean inbox, I can focus on what really needs to be addressed now.
Cons
Boomerang works by almost forwarding the email back to your inbox. Thus, with gmail, you might have a thread of emails (the original one and then the one from boomerang). Once you get used to this though, it really is not a problem at all.

Boomerang- the tool you NEED!
I use boomerang as an add on to gmail. As a student, I am often up late at night working. I use Boomerang to set up an email to deliver in advance, so I don’t commit the faux paus of emailing my professor at 3 in the morning!
Pros
Boomerang allows me to schedule emails in advance, particularly, when I’m working late at night, but don’t want to expose the recipient to my late night mailings. I’ve recommended Boomerang many times to other students
Cons
I don’t love how Boomerang sets an assumed time to send around two days in advance pretty much automatically. I think it should take you straight to a window where you select date and time once you press schedule message.

Delay Send, Tracking, and Return to Inbox
Pros
I was missing the ability to schedule messages to send later that was possible with Microsoft Outlook. My current employer uses Gmail as our platform and I had to draft an email and then send later. It was taking too much effort, thus came Boomerang. I can now work as late as I want, but send all the emails the next morning. It really helps me stay on top of my work. I can also schedule messages to send later if they aren't important right away. This is one of my favorite workplace tools.
Cons
Occassionally the software glitches, but it is very rare and a quick refresh is all that is needed.

Schedule and manage your inbox
reminders of important emails, and ability to send on a sunday afternoon or evening, but arrive Monday morning
Pros
A great tool for productivity and managing your inbox - boomerang allows you to snooze any emails until later, returning them to your inbox when you think you'll want them, and also allows you to schedule email sends, so that you can have them arrive in the recipient's inbox at a suitable time
Cons
Nothing really, it does what it says above, and I can't fault it. Used the free version for a while, but happy enough to pay a few dollars per month for the service.

Game-changing for managing email flow
Pros
Boomerang allows detailed scheduling of email messages. It helps to maintain a professional image if you are working late or at weekends, for example. Email scheduling also means that emails can be scheduled for the times of day when the receiver is most likely to read and act on them. The pause inbox feature allows me to receive notifications only for the most important emails. Not least, I now also know whether sent email has been read.
Cons
The free version is limited to 10 emails a month.
