All that was needed a straightforward enrollment link \& code so that our team could set up a payment process to accept ACH transfers. This should have been a simple request. It's taken 14 days so far and repeated calls and emails to the vendor advocate team and member services team to ask for the enrollment link (which only their team can provide) and I \*still\* don't have it.
